Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices for payment processing systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build efficient applications using Java, Akka, and reactive programming techniques.
• Implement RESTful APIs with Jersey and Swagger following industry best practices.
• Participate in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development with Java SE and Java EE.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event sourcing, CQRS, and eventual consistency.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Mockito and Cucumber.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Container orchestration experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in payment processing systems.
• Background in distributed systems design.
