Description

We are looking for an AI-forward Senior Software Engineer to build secure, reliable, and scalable AI-enabled products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build production-grade AI agent & multi-agent systems
Develop RAG, retrieval, context, memory, and vector search architectures
Build AI-powered decision-support solutions for regulated environments
Develop distributed backend services, event-driven workers, and processing pipelines
Build product-quality experiences using React & TypeScript
Establish AI evaluation, regression testing, groundedness checks, and guardrails
Own CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, alerting, and production support
Evaluate AI models and frameworks based on accuracy, latency, reliability, security, and cost
Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Python expertise
Strong React & TypeScript
Hands-on Generative AI / LLM experience
Agentic workflows & LLM integrations
RAG, embeddings, vector search & context engineering
Distributed systems, message queues & background workers
Relational databases & data modeling
AI evaluation, testing, monitoring & production optimization
Security, privacy, access control & data governance
Cloud, CI/CD & production engineering experience
