You will manage and optimize large-scale distributed systems and big data architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cloudera Hadoop platforms (CDP), including HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, and Kafka.
• Integrate Hadoop environments with third-party tools like Dremo, Unravel, or JupyterHub.
• Develop and maintain APIs, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for Hadoop services and workflows.
• Manage RedHat Linux administration and shell scripting tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of Hadoop administration experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Cloudera Hadoop, HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, and Bash.
• Experience with API development and RESTful services.
• RedHat Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Knowledge of security frameworks including Kerberos, Apache Ranger, and TLS encryption.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Cloudera Manager, Grafana, or Unravel.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, or Jenkins.
