Educational Qualification:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in ASP.NET Core to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, excellent client communication skills, and
the ability to lead and mentor a development team while actively participating in requirement gathering and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies.
2- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
3- Translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
4- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
5- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
6- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
7- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Product) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
8- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
9- Maintain proper documentation for code, processes, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-5–7 years of hands-on experience in software development with ASP.NET Core.
2- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and RESTful services.
3- Experience with databases such as SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures).
4- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
5- Proven experience in client communication and requirement gathering.

8- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

3- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
