Description

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, including backend services, frontend interfaces, and internal system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to plan, develop, and deliver technical solutions within sprint timelines.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues during a rotating on-call schedule.
• Troubleshoot enterprise API deployments, covering DNS, containers, and serverless tooling.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Maintain relationships with business stakeholders and own product accountability for business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent combination of degree and experience.
• Proficiency in Java stack: Maven, Spring Boot, JUnit, REST, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in JavaScript stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and component library systems.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including automated provisioning and account management.
• Database experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL (DocumentDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
• Deployment knowledge: Git, GitHub Enterprise, Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing expertise: Unit, integration, and load testing (JMeter) with automated deployment focus.
• Understanding of AI tools, their operation, benefits, and current limitations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test-driven development environments and iterative feedback loops.
• Knowledge of Agile or Lean principles and hands-on experience in Agile ceremonies.
