Description

You will architect and build high-performing systems for the aggregation and analysis of massive telemetry datasets within FedRAMP or IL-5 environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of next-generation email security backend systems.
• Build and optimize backend software solutions for high performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure internal products comply with strict security standards through threat modeling and vulnerability analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse security tools into a comprehensive solution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of backend software development on Linux.
• 3+ years of hands-on Go development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Expertise in databases, large data processing, networking, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in FedRAMP or IL-5 type environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, or other database technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS GovCloud and FedRAMP.
• Additional programming experience in C, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Background in email and web security.
• Experience designing scalable gRPC or RESTful API services.
