Description

You will own the design, development, and migration of enterprise logging frameworks into a centralized ELK platform, covering application, infrastructure, and cloud-native logs across .NET, Angular, and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable inner-source libraries and middleware components addressing cross-cutting NFRs such as observability, resilience, and compliance.
• Migrate legacy .NET Framework capabilities into a unified .NET Standard code base for cross-platform adoption.
• Develop scalable log ingestion, parsing, and indexing pipelines, and standardize structured logging patterns across distributed microservices.
• Create Kibana dashboards, alerts, and monitoring capabilities while optimizing Elasticsearch clusters for performance and reliability.
• Mentor engineers, drive adoption of modern .NET and AI-native practices, and ensure alignment with security and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in .NET development, including advanced debugging, performance analysis, and memory profiling in distributed or containerized environments.
• Proven experience modernizing .NET Framework solutions into .NET Standard or modern cross-platform designs.
• Strong background in implementing logging solutions for .NET/.NET Core and Angular applications using structured logging frameworks.
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event streaming with Kafka, REST APIs, and high-throughput data ingestion pipelines.
• Hands-on AWS experience including CloudWatch, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3, with solid understanding of Kubernetes and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in building robust middleware and reusable packaged libraries with opinionated and fluent APIs.
• Experience with AI-native engineering tools, including LLM-assisted development, semantic search, agentic tooling, GitHub Actions, and Copilot.
• Strong grasp of software craftsmanship, OOP, SOLID, design patterns, and application architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise observability or logging modernization programs, including migrating legacy systems to cloud-native ELK platforms.
• Exposure to OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, AIOps, and observability analytics.
