Key Skills: Amazon Connect (AWS Contact Center), Azure Data lake

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of AWS data lake solutions aligned to customer requirements and delivery objectives.
• Manage dataset lifecycle activities across the AWS data lake environment, including adding, updating, and deleting datasets.
• Review technical implementations and enforce coding standards and engineering best practices across the platform.
• Provide support for incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements across AWS platforms and services.
• Partner on schema design and optimization in Snowflake and AWS data lake environments to improve query efficiency.

Skills Required:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in cloud data platforms, AWS, or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS platform services in a data lake or cloud engineering environment.
• Strong architecture and design capability for AWS-based data lake solutions.
• Experience supporting scalable data platforms with schema optimization and performance-focused design.
• Ability to support production issues, service requests, and platform enhancements in an AWS environment.

Good to Have:

• Azure Data Lake experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
