You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services to support long-term system architecture and 10X growth.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate design and technology choices.
• Optimize system performance, reduce technical debt, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth 24x7 service operations.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and team knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Advanced Java.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with databases, APIs, and messaging systems.
• Proficiency in system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Kafka.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or a related field.
