Description

You will design, build, and deploy complex backend solutions for enterprise workflows, owning components from design through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of backend components, including design, coding, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Design and scale microservices to handle large-scale enterprise workloads.
• Write high-quality code and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce code quality standards across the team.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented development.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Experience building and scaling microservices.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies, specifically MySQL and Mongo.
• Experience working with AWS and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with the ELK stack.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
