Description

Lead backend architecture and system design for pricing, promotions, and revenue management services, ensuring enterprise-scale throughput and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement event-driven integrations using Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event Hub for data distribution.
• Optimize database performance across SQL and NoSQL stores, including schema design and query tuning.
• Develop caching strategies and distributed system patterns such as Redis and circuit breakers.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive automated testing and CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of professional backend development experience with Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with messaging platforms like Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event Hub.
• Experience optimizing SQL and NoSQL database performance and caching strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular or React.
