Description

You will design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure backend services using the Java ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable services using Java and related technologies.
• Research and implement current technologies using established methodologies.
• Deploy application iterations using agile methodologies.
• Own release and on-call activities to support code in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in the Java ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCS, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of architectural solutions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Puppet or Ansible in Linux environments.
• Proficiency with SQL databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis or Cassandra.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the ELK stack and monitoring tools like Incinga.
• Experience with hosting solutions, platforms, or OpenStack private cloud management.
