Description

You will build and maintain control-plane services that orchestrate network policy and segmentation across Kubernetes clusters and datacenters.

Responsibilities

• Integrate services with SDN (Calico) and Linux networking (iptables/nftables).
• Ship reliable code including unit/integration tests (Go testing, Ginkgo/Gomega), CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Own incidents end-to-end, debugging TCP/IP and Kubernetes workloads.
• Participate in a 12-hour PagerDuty on-call rotation with weekly handoff.
• Mentor engineers, raise the engineering bar via code reviews, design docs, and testing strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Golang.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and Linux networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Container Networking and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience handling production readiness, rollout strategies, and incident response.
