Description

You will design, implement, and evangelise cross-team projects that drive company-wide business impact and advance the technical status quo.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, create delivery plans, and align different teams to deliver projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Lead internal technical discussions defining the direction for major areas within the organization.
• Mentor engineers across the organization to achieve technical excellence and guide architectural best practices.
• Develop maintainable solutions for complex problems that have broad business impact.
• Champion the architectural evolution toward AI-native development and agent-based engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in a Software Engineering role with deep knowledge of the JVM environment.
• Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Java, NodeJS, Python, Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS.
• Experience in new product development and project management.
• Experience with AI-native development, large language models, and coding agents.
• Any Graduate education required.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, Clickhouse, BigQuery, BigTable, Dataflow, RedShift, Kinesis, S3, Pub/Sub, GCS.
• Experience contributing to internal or external technical talks.
