Description

You will own the support lifecycle for critical global business applications, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical analysis and resolution of support issues to meet SLA requirements.
• Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Maintain platform reliability via installation, patching, data refreshes, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on complex issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for operational and development purposes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total IT experience with at least 3 years in software installation, upgrades, and administration.
• Strong background in software engineering, application support, and system performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP integrated business applications or similar enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency with application and server monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with UC4/Automic Automation or similar scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Understanding of security, database, hardware, networks, cloud, and virtualization concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
