Design, develop, and test core product components as a senior member of the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core product components using C/C++, Python, or Go.
• Test software components to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Apply data structures and algorithms to optimize software design.
• Collaborate with team members in an open office environment to solve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software design, development, and testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Go.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage products, including Read/Write IOPs and IO datapaths.
• Experience with file system protocols like NFS and SMB.
• Hands-on experience with volume snapshots, datapath testing, and 3rd party IO workload simulation tools.
