Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise software solutions while mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information needs, system flows, and data usage patterns to define platform requirements.
• Lead high-level and low-level design phases, applying Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Core Java and J2EE, ensuring strict adherence to enterprise standards.
• Conduct regular code reviews and implement comprehensive unit testing to ensure software quality.
• Mentor other engineers through coaching, technical advice, and collaborative problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with JSP, Servlets, Struts, and EJBs.
• Practical knowledge of the Spring framework and Angular.
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
• Familiarity with XML and RDBMS systems.
• Experience with professional build and configuration management processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Enterprise Software Product development.
• Background working in startup or entrepreneurial environments.
