Description

You will own production stability, architecture oversight, and stakeholder alignment for critical applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead recovery efforts for production incidents and outages to ensure applications meet agreed SLAs.
• Manage application software architecture, development, and operations lifecycle.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to reduce technical debt using automation and problem management frameworks.
• Apply ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Manage stakeholders using a consultative approach to propose technical solutions and address issues.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of IT industry experience, with 4-6 years specifically in production support.
• Proficiency in .NET and Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 13 and TypeScript.
• Experience managing applications within Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong understanding of MSSQL and Azure Storage Explorer.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL V4 processes and certification.
