Responsibilities

• Design and develop medium to highly complex software systems.
• Implement new features and resolve defects in existing applications.
• Optimize system performance and manage hardware upgrades.
• Analyze business data to solve moderate to complex technical problems.
• Manage business computer systems and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in COBOL, DB2, CICS, MQ, FileAid, and XML.
• Strong background in system design and analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies using Jira.
• Working knowledge of data structures and computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments independently.
• Familiarity with business operations and technical domains.
