Description

Design and build scalable enterprise and SaaS products using a backend-focused stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement performance, scaling, and resilience features for distributed systems.
• Design clean interfaces and APIs to facilitate interaction across the software stack.
• Ensure code extensibility for massively distributed, cloud-native architectures.
• Translate complex customer requirements into technical designs and production code.
• Communicate technical design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Expert-level coding in Java, Go, or Python.
• Proven experience building scalable, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native systems.
• Deep understanding of distributed design principles (CAP theorem, PACELC) in virtualized environments.
• Experience with event processing architectures.
• Familiarity with SaaS development patterns.
• Proficiency with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
