Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor, control, and consolidate the software development work package for DDU.
• Organize and lead work package reviews and manage risk assessment and mitigation plans.
• Develop HMI software requirements aligned with system specifications and RAMS constraints.
• Interface with System Engineers, Control Engineers, RAMS Engineers, and suppliers to finalize requirements.
• Design software architecture and develop reusable software components.
• Generate executable code for MPU (Main Process Unit) and DDU (Display Driver Unit).
• Provide support during hardware/software integration and validation processes.
• Implement development practices and maintain KPIs for project reporting.
• Manage workload and mentor a team of approximately 5 members.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Software Development and embedded software systems.
• Hands-on experience with CAN and RS232 communication protocols.
• Knowledge of Ethernet and networking concepts.
• Experience in HMI software development and software architecture design.
• Understanding of complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Familiarity with IEC 61131-3 standards and tools such as Codesys or Qt is preferred.
• Knowledge of embedded Linux environments and scripting languages.
• Experience in software integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing technical deliverables.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
