You will develop software solutions by analyzing user needs and system flows, owning the development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions based on user requirements and system analysis.
• Document and demonstrate solutions, including creating flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code.
• Design system specifications and programming standards for solution implementation.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending policy changes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate to create new products.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer or web developer.
• Proficiency in C#, ReactJS, or JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+).
• Solid technical background implementing SOLID and OOP concepts.
• Experience building and delivering complex web systems to customers.
• Proven ability to manage projects from scoping requirements through launch.
• Experience with mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
• Familiarity with full SDLC best practices: code reviews, source control, testing.
• Experience working within an agile environment.
