Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on platform support for production EKS workloads and AWS infrastructure.
• Build and maintain Terraform modules, scripts, and monitoring/diagnostic tooling to support pod health and deployment issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across Kubernetes, service mesh (e.g., Istio), and CI/CD systems; document root cause and remediation.
• Collaborate with application and DevOps teams on shared delivery, onboarding, and operational readiness tasks.
• Maintain operational runbooks, infrastructure standards, and best practices to improve platform reliability.

Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Go (or equivalent scripting/automation) for production-grade tooling and operational automation.
• Kubernetes operations with production experience (preferably EKS) and strong understanding of workload reliability.
• AWS services experience supporting production environments (including EKS and core networking/security concepts).
• Python and/or Go scripting for automation, plus experience supporting CI/CD pipelines in production.

Good to Have:

• Distributed systems experience in production environments.
• Observability tooling experience such as Datadog.
• CI/CD tooling exposure (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Spinnaker) and operational maturity.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
