Description

You will own the design for testability and hardware verification workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute scan insertion and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) processes.
• Implement JTAG and test compression methodologies to optimize verification coverage.
• Develop scripts to automate testing and verification tasks.
• Manage test compression workflows using Test Kompress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware testing or verification.
• Deep expertise in scan insertion techniques.
• Proficiency in ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation).
• Strong knowledge of JTAG protocol implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Test Kompress for test compression.
• Scripting skills for automation of verification tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
