Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable software services and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and design RESTful services using industry-standard API design patterns.
• Develop and execute performance, load, and compliance tests to meet business requirements.
• Monitor production environments and manage service risk when recommending changes.
• Implement secure coding practices and DevOps fundamentals throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience in general-purpose programming languages.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring, XML, JSON, and REST.
• Hands-on experience building and designing RESTful services.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Micrometer, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Strong understanding of DevOps fundamentals and secure coding practices.
• Ability to perform analytical problem-solving in production environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and architecture design.
• Experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, NodeJS, or MongoDB.
