Description

You will build and scale Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for clinical diagnostic products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale systems managing patient samples from order to result.
• Integrate LLMs to enhance customer order processing.
• Design and build microservices applications for system integrations.
• Write efficient, reusable code and maintain high-quality frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of Java full-stack development.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and UI frameworks like jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, RDBMS, NoSQL, XML, and JSON.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting from large databases, preferably Oracle.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS for cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Background in LIMS development (LabVantage or STARLIMS).
• Experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
