Description

You will develop, remediate, and support custom ABAP programs for SAP upgrades and HANA migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Remediate custom code during Unicode, HANA, and S/4HANA upgrade projects.
• Develop OOPS ABAP programs, function groups, classes, and Data Dictionary objects.
• Manage custom code lifecycle through upgrades using SPAU and SPDD.
• Conduct code reviews and provide quality assurance feedback to R&D.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of total IT industry experience.
• Strong ABAP skill set with deep experience in OOPS ABAP.
• Proficiency in writing code using the latest SAP ABAP syntax and best practices.
• Experience with Code Inspector, Extended Program Check, and ATC.
• Knowledge of transport management, system landscape, and development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system testing and validation during major upgrades.
