Key Skills: Amazon Connect (AWS Contact Center), AWS Cloud Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and operate cloud infrastructure for an internal automation platform using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python that integrate internal and third-party systems.
• Design and deliver automation workflows for customer-communication use cases.
• Apply best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and access management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align requirements, API contracts, and platform onboarding.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Proficiency in Python for backend and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Solid understanding of REST API integration and authentication patterns.

Good to Have:

• Experience with n8n or other workflow-automation tools.
• Familiarity with API gateways.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Telecom domain knowledge.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
