Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop the core load distribution engine using finite state machines, dynamic homing, weighted average score algorithms, and hysteresis.
• Design and implement high-throughput APIs and event-driven messaging layers using gRPC, Protobuf, and RabbitMQ.
• Build distributed leader-election and consensus capabilities using Consul Raft and LockAuthority across active-active deployments.
• Design services capable of processing more than 3,000 assignments per second while maintaining reliability across network partitions and site-isolation scenarios.
• Integrate caching, persistence, observability, security, and deployment capabilities for production-grade distributed services.

Skills Required:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with strong distributed-systems or telecommunications exposure.
• Deep hands-on experience with Golang and strong proficiency in C, C++, or equivalent systems programming.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, multi-threading, concurrency control, finite state machines, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience designing high-throughput APIs, messaging systems, active-active architectures, quorum handling, and network-partition recovery.
• Practical experience with SIP and production software using gRPC, RabbitMQ, distributed databases, caching, persistence, and automated deployment environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience designing and operating microservices-based platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred
