Description

Own the development of embedded systems and UI/UX simulator tools for elevator control products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ applications on Embedded Linux or RTOS environments.
• Design and implement UI/UX simulator tools using VB.NET or C#.
• Debug multi-threaded applications and inter-process communication using logic analyzers, JTAG, and CANalyzer.
• Integrate hardware interfaces including CAN, RS232/422/485, SPI, I2C, and Flash drivers.
• Manage source code and defects using Git, Subversion, JIRA, and Bugzilla.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ development.
• Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux, VxWorks, ThreadX, or Green Hills RTOS.
• Proficiency in VB.NET or C# for desktop application development.
• Hands-on experience with communication protocols (CAN, RS232, RS422, RS485, SPI, I2C).
• Experience with multi-threaded application development and real-time debugging.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git, Subversion) and Atlassian tools.
• BS/BA in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field (or MS with 5+ years experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with ColdFire and ARM 32-bit microcontrollers.
• Ability to read hardware schematics and work in elevator machine rooms.
