Description

Senior Software Engineer for RHOAI Innovate in the MLOps domain.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and test new features and solutions for RHOAI Innovate, participating in upstream communities.
• Ensure non-functional requirements including security, resiliency, and maintainability are met.
• Write unit and integration tests, collaborating with quality engineers to ensure product quality.
• Apply CI/CD best practices to deliver solutions during productization efforts into RHOAI.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing technical knowledge, giving code reviews, and mentoring engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong experience developing applications in Golang or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency with source code management tools such as Git.
• Ability to quickly learn and guide others on using new tools and technologies.
• Strong system understanding and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with data science workflows and machine learning pipelines.
• Ability to work hybrid in Raleigh NC or Boston MA.
