Description

You will deliver end-to-end technical solutions for complex projects and multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software systems and applications for new products and enhancements.
• Break down customer requirements and functional needs into technical specifications for the team to execute.
• Lead routine projects, managing risks, resource requirements, and small project budgets.
• Mentor and train junior engineers through coaching and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and influence software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Strong experience with the .NET framework.
• Experience following the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to document solutions using flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code comments.
• Skill in conducting systems analysis to improve operational policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Any Graduate degree.
