Description

You will design and develop low-level software for embedded devices, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, prototyping, and software development for embedded systems.
• Implement device drivers and work within Linux subsystems and BSP.
• Manage the C++ build process and optimize system performance.
• Execute code reviews and unit testing to ensure software quality.
• Profile memory and performance to resolve system bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in embedded systems.
• Expertise in C, C++, and embedded Linux.
• Deep knowledge of C++11, C++14, or C++17.
• Strong understanding of multithreading and algorithms.
• Experience with inter-process communications (IPC) and remote procedure calls (RPC).
• Proficiency in client-server, peer-to-peer, and publish/subscribe communication paradigms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IP-based communications and protocols including HTTP, TLS, REST, WebSockets, JSON, XML, Protobufs, Flatbuffers, RTP, RTSP, and HLS.
