Description

You will design, build, and debug software components for medical devices across the entire product lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software architectures using modern C++ and object-oriented principles.
• Develop and debug software ranging from bare-metal designs to complex multi-process applications.
• Write formal documentation for software architecture, detailed designs, and testing protocols.
• Contribute to development schedules, tasking, and testing processes to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience utilizing C/C++.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ and object-oriented design.
• Practical application of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience working in multi-process environments.
• Experience with unit testing, automated testing, and software evaluation tools.
• Ability to work within a Linux environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing software applications for Linux.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security concepts and methods.
• Prior experience in medical device development or Test-Driven Development (TDD).
