Description

Develop and maintain functional, object-oriented software solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms, ensuring coverage through automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer requirements into working software solutions through product design and system analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead technical troubleshooting for assigned products.
• Prepare technical documentation for complex product sub-systems and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Mentor and collaborate with engineers to maintain high code quality and share best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in C++ (C++14 or newer).
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and functional programming approaches.
• Expertise in modern memory management, security concepts, and automated testing.
• Native Windows development knowledge, including Win32 API and system security models.
• Linux system expertise covering package management, service models, and distributions such as Red Hat, CentOS, SuSE, Ubuntu, or Oracle Enterprise Linux.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-friendly environment.

Preferred Skills

• macOS development experience using Swift or Objective-C.
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of agile software concepts.
