You will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions while defining technical direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions, translating functional requirements into implementation tasks aligned with system architecture.
• Provide ongoing support for source code and configurations, troubleshooting complex issues in acceptance and production environments.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Mentor and train new team members, facilitating effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of recent development experience in enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of application software implementation experience focused on meeting customer needs.
• 3+ years of experience supervising IT professional teams.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Java EE, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Database, including SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience designing and building APIs and web services using REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Solid understanding of Single-Page Application (SPA) architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies and unit testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex operational issue resolution in production environments.
