Description

Design and build software architecture for medical robotics devices, focusing on GUIs and system verification.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design flexible, maintainable GUI architectures for medical robotics applications.
• Execute full software lifecycle: analysis, planning, design, implementation, and verification.
• Develop medical-grade software that meets defined requirements and design inputs.
• Create technical documentation and requirements under Design Control and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Usability, Engineering, QA/RA, and Robotics.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Proven experience in software architecture design and development.
• Windows development experience for medical or safety-critical products.
• Experience developing application GUIs and using GUI frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on small teams and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WxWidgets.
