Description

You will design and integrate scalable software solutions for cloud-based contact center platforms, focusing on CTI, voice protocols, and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CTI solutions for call routing, agent management, and interaction handling.
• Build high-performance applications using microservices architecture and .NET technologies on AWS.
• Implement secure communication protocols including OAuth, SIP, RTP, and WebRTC.
• Automate testing and deployment processes to improve software quality and release velocity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design complex integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
• Expertise with Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, or Nice InContact.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and AWS cloud deployment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with voice communication protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC).
• Knowledge of call routing and agent management in contact center environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contact center platform API integrations and real-time communication systems.
• Experience automating CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.
