Description

You will lead the customization, enhancement, and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain integrations using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and the Power Platform.
• Manage system architecture, administration, and security roles to ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize for scalability.
• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and security models.
• Experience integrating CRM with third-party systems such as Stripe, ERP, or healthcare platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
