Description

You will lead a team of engineers while contributing hands-on development, technical architecture, and code quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers to establish high software quality standards.
• Own the technical lifecycle including planning, designing, testing, and maintaining applications.
• Review code from in-house developers and contractors and manage internal repositories.
• Collaborate with architects to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Integrate user-facing elements with backend logic and manage payment gateway integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a team lead or management role.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (version 10 or higher).
• Experience with backend technologies and MVC design patterns.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for code versioning.
• Knowledge of user authentication, authorization, and web security compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the limitations of PHP and known workarounds.
