You will design, build, and own complex business workflow solutions from design through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy components for complex enterprise business workflows.
• Own the full lifecycle of subsystems, including enhancements and performance optimization.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks and write high-quality, maintainable code.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce code quality standards within the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented development.
• Deep experience with J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Proven track record of building and scaling microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud technologies.
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) technologies.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka and the ELK stack.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
