Description

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the administration, engineering, and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
✅ Design and develop custom integrations, workflows, rules, and connectors for enterprise applications.
✅ Implement enterprise Identity Governance (IGA), Identity Lifecycle Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions.
✅ Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JDBC, and SCIM.
✅ Support application onboarding, access provisioning, certification campaigns, and audit readiness initiatives.
✅ Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow, connector, and integration issues within SailPoint.
✅ Support SailPoint IIQ upgrades, EOS/EOL activities, and platform enhancements.
✅ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement scalable IAM solutions.
✅ Participate in SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
✅ Drive implementation of IAM security policies, governance standards, and compliance initiatives.
