Description

You will lead the administration, engineering, and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to deliver scalable IAM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integrations, workflows, rules, and connectors for enterprise applications.
• Implement Identity Governance (IGA), Identity Lifecycle Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JDBC, and SCIM protocols.
• Support application onboarding, access provisioning, certification campaigns, and audit readiness initiatives.
• Drive implementation of IAM security policies, governance standards, and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 6–10+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, SCIM, and JDBC integrations.
• Experience with SDLC, enterprise application integrations, and workflow development.
• Knowledge of IGA, Identity Lifecycle Management, and RBAC.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience leading enterprise IAM implementations and technical leadership.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex IAM issues.
