Description

You will build and maintain core backend services using Java and modern web architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage REST-based APIs and Rest Oriented Architecture (ROA).
• Design and implement data models, stored procedures, and concurrency logic in MS SQL and MySQL.
• Build web applications using the Spring Framework and Spring MVC.
• Optimize application performance through caching strategies and Content Delivery Networks.
• Integrate services using HTTP and SOAP protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring MVC.
• Hands-on development with REST-based APIs and ROA.
• Working knowledge of SOAP and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with MS SQL and MySQL, including data modeling and stored procedure tuning.
• Competency in JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with web frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, or GWT.

Preferred Skills

• Sun Certified Java Developer credentials.
• Experience with Apache Traffic Server or similar caching technologies.
