Description

Full stack web (core requirement)

Typically 5–8 years (no juniors)

Leaning toward strong full stack engineers

Hands-on experience building React applications

Flexibility: FE (React) or BE, but must be end-to-end capable

Proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end

Multiple examples preferred

C#/.NET not relevant

Strong focus on web technologies

Plus:

Infrastructure / SRE exposure

MES / ERP / IO / IT experience = bonus, not required

Look for:

Strong bias for action

“Builder mentality” (will create vs wait)

Comfortable in high-pressure / war room environments

Mission-driven + scrappy

Pure software backgrounds:

Adtech

E-commerce

Traditional big tech (e.g. Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Apple) without real-world system exposure

Scope:

Heavy focus on deep work / coding (“flow state”)

Regular interaction with factory teams + end users

Ongoing exposure to factory floor (monthly / recurring)

Enabling automation (reducing human-in-the-loop)

Writing software that interfaces with machines producing hardware

Broad SWE role:

Production tools

Dashboards

System integrations

Can be placed across:
