You will deliver end-to-end backend solutions within a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js and Java.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs handling JSON and XML data.
• Manage service discovery, configuration, and API gateway routing.
• Deploy and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3-5 years focused on end-to-end delivery.
• Extensive Node.js experience in a senior capacity.
• Java SE and Java EE expertise, specifically Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with microservices principles including service decomposition and fault tolerance.
• Proficiency with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of service discovery tools like Eureka, Consul, or ZooKeeper.
• Experience with API gateways such as Zuul, Spring Cloud Gateway, or Kong.
• Competency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Security knowledge involving OAuth2, JWT, and TLS.
