Description

You will architect and develop the Linux-based TV OS Bluetooth software, focusing on smart TV audio and peripheral integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications for smart TV Bluetooth audio and peripherals.
• Port classic audio features to LE Audio and implement new application features.
• Sustain engineering of existing Bluetooth functionality, including improvements and bug fixes.
• Supervise the development lifecycle for Linux-based TV OS components.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in C/C++ and Linux/Unix environments.
• Proficiency in C and C++ 17/20, using the Clang toolchain.
• Experience with cmake and Python.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth protocols: 5.1, 5.2, Classic, BLE, and LE Audio.
• Familiarity with Bluetooth Linux Host, BlueZ (user and kernel space), HOGP, GATT, GAP, and BAS Audio.
• Experience with audio codecs (SBC, LC3), ALSA, and PipeWire.
• Knowledge of Linux components: D-Bus, HIDRAW, Glib, gdbus, gdb, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TV OS architecture or embedded Linux systems.
• Deep understanding of LE Audio standards and implementation.
