Description

Architect, develop, and maintain Linux-based TV OS Bluetooth software, including audio features and peripheral support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Bluetooth applications for smart TV audio and peripherals.
• Port classic TV audio features to LE Audio and implement new application features.
• Provide sustenance engineering for existing Bluetooth functionality, including bug fixes and improvements.
• Supervise development of Linux Host, BlueZ, and related kernel/user-space components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with C/C++ (14/17/20) and Linux/Unix environments.
• Deep knowledge of Bluetooth 5.1, 5.2, Classic, BLE, and LE Audio stacks.
• Proficiency with Clang toolchain, cmake, and Python.
• Experience with BlueZ (user and kernel space), D-Bus, Glib, and HIDRAW.
• Familiarity with Audio codecs (SBC, LC3), ALSA, and PipeWire.
• Hands-on experience with Gdb, Git, and input event drivers.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
