Description

You will lead the design, development, testing, and documentation of software projects and customizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software to meet evolving industry requirements and product customizations.
• Debug, test, and document code for all project phases.
• Mentor and train members of the software team.
• Travel to sites for software commissioning, integration testing, and site acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Experience developing multithreaded applications using C.
• Knowledge of interprocess communications and thread synchronization.
• Experience with database design and programming using Microsoft SQL or Oracle.
• Understanding of Windows Server and network configuration.
• Knowledge of Web Services including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with Socket Programming.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Subversion, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel approximately 30% for site commissioning.
