Description

You will design and develop cloud-based microservices and REST APIs to serve data as a service.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a data quality framework to enable automated checks across data pipelines.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code in Java, Python, or GoLang.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and define release process improvements.
• Maintain and stabilize existing data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional development experience with proven lead experience.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Programming and at least one language: Python, Java, GoLang, C, or GoSu.
• In-depth experience with AWS services including Glue, Athena, Iceberg, MWAA (Airflow), EC2, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and SQS.
• Expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience creating data quality systems with monitoring and observability features.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postgres, Redshift, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, or Microservices.
